Key Responsibilities:
Perform desktop publishing tasks including layout design, formatting, and typesetting
Work with content in English, Hindi, and Assamese efficiently
Type and format documents accurately in all three languages
Design materials such as:
Books, reports, notices
Posters, brochures, certificates
Use DTP software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
Edit and format text, images, and graphics as per requirements
Ensure error-free formatting, alignment, and print readiness
Handle file conversions (PDF, print-ready formats, etc.)
Coordinate with team members for content updates and corrections
Required Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in DTP tools and software
Strong typing skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese
Good knowledge of IT tools and computer operations
Basic understanding of fonts, layouts, and printing standards
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in publishing/printing work
Knowledge of Unicode typing and font management
Basic graphic design sense
