Site Engineer – Job Description (JD)
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising construction activities, managing daily site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with workers, contractors, and project teams for timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction work at the project site.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports.
- Check quality of materials and construction activities.
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and plans.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
