Role Summary
As a Client Delight Executive (Relationship Manager), you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey with MyGate. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling the complete client lifecycle—from onboarding and account management to renewals and ongoing support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage all aspects of the client relationship.
- Process client renewals in a timely manner.
- Understand clients' business needs and goals, and recommend customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on MyGate's products and services, providing guidance and support to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Monitor client accounts proactively to identify and resolve issues or concerns.
- Ensure all client communication is professional, timely, and effective.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
