Job Title: Sales Supervisor (FMCG)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience) Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG Sales (with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role)
Key Responsibilities (Team Management & Sales)
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5–10 Sales Officers or Medical Representatives. Conduct daily morning briefings to set targets and evening reviews to track achievements.
- Target Achievement: Take full ownership of the assigned territory's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
- Joint Field Work: Spend 60-70% of the time in the field with team members to train them on "Primary & Secondary" sales techniques and outlet expansion.
- Distributor Management: Manage relationships with existing distributors and identify new ones to ensure 100% product fill rates and timely collection of payments.
- Beat Planning: Design and optimize "PJP" (Permanent Journey Plans) for the team to ensure maximum market coverage and "Productivity per Call."
- Stock & Inventory: Monitor inventory levels at the distributor point to prevent overstocking or stock-outs of key SKUs.
- Market Intelligence: Provide real-time feedback on competitor schemes, pricing changes, and new product launches in the territory.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
