Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Banking Voice ProcessJob Overview
We are hiring graduates for our Banking Voice Support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for bank customers, assisting them with account-related queries, transaction status, and general banking services. We are looking for candidates who can communicate effectively and provide a helpful experience to every caller.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls from customers regarding savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and other banking products.
- Query Resolution: Assist customers with balance inquiries, mini-statements, fund transfers, and card blocking (hotlisting).
- Accuracy: Provide precise information following the bank's standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality service.
- Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial data and verify caller identity before sharing sensitive information.
- Service Levels: Meet daily performance targets including Call Quality scores and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory). Candidates with backlogs or results awaited may not be eligible.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in a BPO or banking environment is a plus.
- Language Skills: Average English (ability to understand and speak clearly) + Fluency in a regional language (Hindi/Marathi/Kannada/Telugu, etc., as per location).
- Skills: * Basic computer and keyboard skills.
- Strong listening skills and a polite telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm when dealing with frustrated customers.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹2.25 LPA (Fixed).
- Take-Home: Approximately ₹15,000 – ₹16,500 per month (depending on PF and PT deductions).
- Shift: Day shifts for females; Rotational shifts for males (as per industry standards).
- Benefits: Statutory benefits (PF, ESIC), plus performance-based monthly incentives.
