Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries from residents/clients.

Log complaints and service requests in the system.

Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for timely issue resolution.

Track and follow up on open service requests until closure.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Ensure prompt and professional communication with residents/clients.

Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when required.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential apartment helpdesk operations.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
