Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, databases, and references.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Search for passive candidates through LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate virtual and face-to-face interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and status.
- Maintain interview schedules and recruitment trackers.
Candidate Management
- Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist candidates with onboarding documentation.
- Conduct reference checks whenever required.
Recruitment Operations
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Generate recruitment MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, sourcing effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM (HR) / BBA / BMS / Graduate in any discipline.
- HR specialization preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher or up to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong passion for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Confident in interacting with candidates and clients.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of profiles sourced.
- Interview line-ups achieved.
- Positions closed.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
- Candidate satisfaction and experience.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
