About the Role
Go Sportz is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive – Sports Turf to join our growing team. If you have experience in project sales, construction materials, sports infrastructure, or B2B sales, and enjoy building strong client relationships while closing high-value deals, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and promoting our premium sports turf solutions across educational institutions, sports facilities, commercial projects, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, sports academies, clubs, builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and government organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, technical, and project execution teams for seamless project delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and networking opportunities when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, construction materials, sports infrastructure, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales and tendering processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
