Agent (Multilingual)
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as
Customer Support Agents. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service,
handling queries efficiently, and acting as a brand ambassador through every customer
interaction, particularly within skincare, personal care, and FMCG product domains (similar
to brands like Nivea).
Key Responsibilities
● Provide exceptional customer support via calls, emails, or chat
● Handle customer queries related to skincare, personal care, and FMCG products
● Assist customers with product usage, availability, and distribution queries
● Research and identify solutions, including locating retailers online when required
● Maintain professionalism and composure during challenging interactions
● Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on customer cases
● Identify potential quality issues and escalate cases when necessary
● Adhere to processes related to returns, escalations, and compensation

Language Requirement
Fluent (CEFR C1/C2 or Native) in any of the following languages: Korean / Thai
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in customer service or BPO industry
● Experience in skincare, personal care, or FMCG product support
● Exposure to health and personal care products (preferred but not mandatory)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
