We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Automobile Engineering Faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction and training to students in core Automobile Engineering subjects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing learning materials, evaluating student performance, and providing academic guidance to help students achieve their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical training sessions in Automobile Engineering subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Teach subjects such as IC Engines, Vehicle Dynamics, Automotive Design, Automobile Manufacturing & Maintenance, Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology, and Automotive Electronics.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations.
- Guide students in academic projects, laboratory and workshop work, and technical activities.
- Provide training on industry-relevant software and tools where applicable.
- Maintain student attendance, records, and academic reports.
- Support students in skill development, career guidance, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Automobile Engineering, particularly in EV and smart mobility.
- Foster an engaging and positive learning environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Automobile Engineering concepts and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, ANSYS, or similar tools is an advantage.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical, or a closely related engineering discipline is the base requirement.
- M.Tech/M.E. in Automobile Engineering or allied specialization is required for Assistant Professor and above (as per AICTE norms).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
