Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Understand hiring requirements by connecting with the client
- Source candidates from multiple channels like Naukri, Linkedin, IIMjobs etc
- Screen and shortlist suitable profiles for the open position
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with client
- Prepare candidates for client interviews before their interaction with the interviewer
- Collect and share interview feedback with the candidates
- Manage offers and salary negotiations
- Ensure candidate joining and documentation
- Maintain candidate and client records
Pay: ₹20,285.23 - ₹50,081.85 per month
