Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester with a strong background in Automation (Selenium Java/Python) & Functional testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure product quality. This role involves a mix of automation, API and functional testing to verify the functionality, reliability and performance of our software applications.
- Experience testing out AI Developed applications focusing on Model validation, data drift etc.
- Good to have basic know how in writing and evaluating AI prompts
- Good communication skills to collaborate with Developers and Business team Experience of working with EY AI QRM Flows (this will be gauged for candidates with prior EY experience)
- AI Test scenarios (RAG concepts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment.
- Analyze test results, identify defects and performance issues and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with the development team to understand product requirements and features.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for functional and non-functional testing.
- Perform regression testing and participate in the release process to ensure that new features and fixes meet quality standards.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
