dynamic team and help us drive growth.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources
practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and
performance management. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive work culture while
supporting business growth through efficient HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job
postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, foster a positive work environment,
and implement engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee appraisal systems, provide feedback
mechanisms, and ensure career development plans.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development
programs for employees.
- Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain records, and ensure
compliance with company policies.
- Policy Implementation: Draft, implement, and update HR policies as per industry
standards and legal requirements. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to plan workforce
requirements and optimize talent allocation.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain HR dashboards, track key performance indicators,
and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, preferably in the manufacturing or lighting industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
