Job Title: Quality Manager – Plywood Manufacturing
Location: Agartala, Tripura
Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 Years in Plywood Industry
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities in our plywood manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the plywood industry and a strong understanding of quality standards, production processes, and continuous improvement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Train and guide quality control staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the plywood manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of plywood production processes, testing methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to lead and manage quality teams effectively.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
