- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trusting, and profitable long-term connections with key clients and accounts.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling while keeping clients informed about new products and features.
- Feedback & Strategy: Conduct regular quality assurance surveys and use customer data to refine retention strategies and improve overall customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts teams to align relationship strategies with revenue goals.
