Role overview
We are Seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead distributed teams in delivering complex projects across Salesforce CPQ, Order Management, Contracts and Billing. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise and the ability to autonomously deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on defined timelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead global Salesforce engineering teams to deliver project milestones for CPQ, Order Management and Billing.
- Improve engineering KPIs, focusing on platform performance and delivery efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding engineers and overseeing CPQ/OM//Billing solution delivery.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for Salesforce development, QA and release management.
- Propose budgets and resource plans for Salesforce programs.
- Facilitate stakeholder syncs and progress reviews for alignment.
- Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and drive engineering standards.
- Define and track OKRs/KPIs (e.g., CPQ accuracy, Billing automation efficiency).
- Ensure quality, security and performance across Salesforce implementations.
- Develop Salesforce roadmaps and long-term improvements for CPQ, Billing and Revenue Cloud.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proven leadership/advisory experience delivering Salesforce projects (Manager, Architect, or similar).
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing and Order Management. CPQ is mandatory. The candidate should also have coding knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams and drive delivery independently.
- Ability to resolve critical issues impacting Salesforce revenue processes.
- Experience in fast-paced, project-based environments.
- Expected to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Must have skills:
- Salesforce CPQ (Mandatory), Billing and Order Management.
- Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Integrations).
- Team Leadership and Distributed Team Management.
- Salesforce Solution Design and Technical Delivery.
- Stakeholder Management and Agile Project Delivery.
Good to have skills:
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Contracts Management.
- MuleSoft or other Integration Platforms.
- Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD tools (Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center).
- Salesforce Certifications (CPQ, Architect, Platform Developer).
- Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Subscription Billing experience.
