Job Title: Real Estate Relationship Executive
Location: 100 meters from Kharar bus stand, Punjab
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented candidates to join our real estate sales team. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, conducting follow-ups, and helping convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain client records and sales reports using MS Excel.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional personality.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Passionate about customer relations and sales.
Preferred Qualities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate will be an added advantage.
