- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Increase company sales through strong client conversion
- Develop strategies to improve conversion ratio and average order value
Team Leadership & Training
- Train sales executives on:
- Lead handling
- Client communication
- Follow-up systems
- Negotiation skills
- Closing techniques
- Build a performance-driven sales culture
- Conduct daily sales reviews and planning meetings
Architect & Client Relationship Development
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and premium clients
- Develop new architect channels and increase repeat business
- Create trust-based professional relationships
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-up systems
- Ensure timely updates in CRM
- Monitor quotation conversion and pending follow-ups
Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities
- Generate high-value B2B projects
- Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth execution
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team handling and training capability
- Experience in B2B sales
- Understanding of architect/interior market preferred
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Professional attitude and leadership mindset
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
