- Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B business development or consultative sales.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in selling branding, marketing, communication, consulting, digital or other knowledge-based services is preferred.
- Experience in using AI and digital tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own the entire business development journey—from creating opportunities to converting them into orders.
- Build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Identify and engage prospective clients across large and mid-sizedorganisations.
- Develop relationships with Corporate Communication and HR Heads leaders along with Marketing Heads, Brand Leaders and CXOs.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand business challenges and recommend the right solutions.
- Prepare proposals and collaborate with our strategy and creative teams for pitches.
- Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Maintain sales discipline through CRM, pipeline reviews and forecasting.The person we're looking for

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
