About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience handling HR functions in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational growth.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
