Job Description
- Workflow Management: Assist the Team Lead in monitoring project deadlines, tracking task assignments, and following up with team members to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the team, senior management, and other departments. Ensure all critical information, decisions, and updates are distributed clearly and promptly.
- Administrative Support: Manage team calendars, schedule internal and external meetings (including handling invites and logistics), and prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and comprehensive minutes.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain all team files, project documentation, and digital archives to ensure easy access, version control, and compliance with company standards.
- Resource Management: Assist in tracking basic departmental expenditures, processing expense reports, and managing inventory for team-specific supplies or materials.
- Onboarding & Logistics: Facilitate the smooth transition for new team members by coordinating access to systems, scheduling initial training, and setting up necessary resources.
- Reporting: Compile and prepare routine reports on team activity, project status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in an administrative, coordination, or support role within a professional setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrable ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage shifting priorities effectively.
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
