Key Responsibilities
- In-Home Health Services: Provide dedicated healthcare support within the patient’s private residence.
- Vitals Monitoring: Perform regular checks of basic vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
- Medication Management: Assist with and administer prescribed medications, including tablets, syrups, and insulin.
- Personal Care & Hygiene: Support patients with daily activities, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
- Nutritional Support: Prepare and serve meals according to the patient’s specific dietary plan.
- Mobility Assistance: Help patients with physical movement, walking, and prescribed exercises.
- Companionship: Provide emotional and psychological support through active companionship.
Shift Details & Benefits
