- Configure and support Event Management to process and correlate alerts from monitoring tools.

Assist in implementing ITOM components (basic Discovery/Event rules) to improve infrastructure monitoring.

Monitor event queues and alerts, ensuring timely triage and resolution of issues.

Collaborate with support teams to fine-tune event rules, thresholds, and alert noise reduction.

Perform basic troubleshooting of integration issues between monitoring tools and ServiceNow.

Maintain documentation and follow standard processes for consistent event handling and operations.

Your Skills & Experience:
2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow with exposure to ITOM and Event Management.-
Basic understanding of event correlation, alert management, and monitoring concepts.

Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and working with monitoring tools.

Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting basics (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and platform configuration.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred; ITOM/Event Management exposure is a plus.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with ability to work in a support environment.
