About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer who can independently handle video shoots, operate different shooting equipment, and understand camera settings. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots for social media, brand content, events, interviews, and other company requirements.
- Operate professional cameras and different video shooting equipment confidently.
- Have a strong understanding of camera settings such as ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, frame rates, and focus.
- Set up and handle lights, tripods, microphones, gimbals, and other shooting equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
- Shoot both indoor and outdoor content as required.
- Coordinate with the content and social media teams to understand shooting requirements.
- Ensure all footage is properly organized, backed up, and shared with the editing team.
- Create engaging and high-quality video content suitable for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current video trends, shooting techniques, and social media content formats.
- Maintain and handle camera and other production equipment responsibly.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer, Camera Operator, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras and shooting equipment.
- Good understanding of camera settings and exposure.
- Hands-on experience with lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and other video equipment.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shoots.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for shoots, events, seminars, and client requirements when needed.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
