Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and enhance application functionality is an integral part of the work routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize application configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes effectively.
- Document configuration changes, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
- Experience with managing user permissions, site collections, and content management within Microsoft SharePoint Online environments.
- Familiarity with integration of SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Ability to use PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks related to SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of security and compliance features within SharePoint Online to ensure data protection and governance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
