Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, ensuring the security and functionality of various components through rigorous evaluation. Your role includes developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, as well as managing data and environment configurations to support seamless testing processes. You actively participate in reviewing code and tracking defects, contributing to ongoing improvements that uphold the quality standards of the software product.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of testing outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, providing detailed reports for resolution.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing within the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of environment setup and data configuration to support testing activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
