We are looking for proactive, young Outbound Sales Executives to drive Customer acquisition for our premier on line course suite - MIpower.
THE ROLE
Outcome : B2B Customer acquisition.
Activity:
1: Prospecting: Identification and research of ideal corporate clients.
2: Cold Outreach: Connect with decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
3: Product Pitching: Deliver virtual / in person pitches about the MIpower courses .
4: Pipeline Building and management : Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to Demo to desire to order
WHO YOU ARE
Experience: 2–3 years in B2B sales.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).
Skills: Fluent in English, exceptional at objection handling, and highly persuasive.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital sales tools and LinkedIn.
Mindset: A self-reliant and self motivated go-getter willing to connect with prospects, enjoys tele sales and is resilient .
We also warmly welcome professionals returning from a career break with a flair for tele sales in a B2B scenario.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
