- Oversee: You check all plates before they leave the kitchen. You make sure the taste and look are perfect.
Team Leadership
- Train: You teach junior cooks how to prepare Continental ingredients. Think of it like a sports coach teaching plays to the players.
- Schedule: You build work shifts.
- Run shifts: You guide the line cooks during busy rushes.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Count: You track food supplies so the kitchen does not run out.
- Control costs: You ensure ingredients are not wasted. An easy way to think of food cost is: \(\text{Food Cost Percentage} = \frac{\text{Cost of Ingredients}}{\text{Sales}} \times 100\). You want to keep this number low to make money.
Safety & Hygiene
- Clean: You make sure work areas are sanitary.
- Rules: You ensure the team follows local health codes, such as the standards set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
