Habique is a premium interior products showroom and an authorized Business Bench dealer serving Coimbatore North.
We are looking for a confident, presentable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales & Social Media Executive. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop skills in sales, customer relationship management, interior products and digital marketing.
Your primary responsibility
You will be responsible for managing the showroom when the proprietor is away visiting project sites, while also helping Habique build its presence on Instagram and other digital platforms.
Showroom Management
Welcome and assist walk-in customers. Understand the customer's requirements, budget and project stage. Explain available interior products and solutions. Present product samples, catalogues and specifications. Record customer details and enquiries. Schedule appointments with the proprietor. Maintain follow-ups with prospective customers. Maintain a clean, organized and presentable showroom. Ensure products and samples are properly displayed. Handle basic day-to-day showroom operations. Coordinate with customers when the proprietor is at project sites.
Generate and follow up on showroom leads. Convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities. Maintain a daily lead/enquiry record. Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls. Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the proprietor. Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and homeowners. Assist in preparing basic quotations/proposals when required.
Social media handling - instagram, WhatsApp, google workspace.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
