The candidate should be capable of handling hardware and software issues efficiently and maintaining service quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mobile phone issues accurately
- Handle hardware repairs such as display replacement, battery replacement, charging port issues, speaker/mic issues, camera issues, etc.
- Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and repairs
- Handle software installation, updates, flashing, and troubleshooting
- Test devices after repair to ensure quality standards
- Maintain repair records and service details
- Ensure proper handling of tools and devices
- Requirements Well-experienced candidates only
- Strong knowledge of Android and iPhone repair processes
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of motherboard/chip-level repairs is an added advantage
- Ability to diagnose issues independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience Minimum 2–5+ years experience in mobile repair is mandatory
