Designation: Backend Support & Operations Coordinator
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)

Core Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Fulfilment: Verify placed customer orders against store invoices, pack correct batch numbers and shades, and prepare ready-to-dispatch lots.
- Logistics & Driver Coordination: Book transport vehicles, brief loading drivers on handling delicate ceramics, and monitor en-route delivery to ensure zero transit delays.
- Freight Negotiation: Negotiate local delivery and tempo freight charges directly with logistics drivers to keep delivery costs optimized.
- Customer Communication: Provide proactive order updates to clients, confirm site unloading addresses, and promptly resolve delivery reschedule requests.
- Payment Collection: Verify invoice balances before material release, coordinate on-delivery collections via cash or UPI, and settle daily logistics receipts with store accounts.
Required Candidate Profile
- Prior working experience in a Tiles, Sanitaryware, or Bath Fittings showroom.
- Thorough technical understanding of tile sizes, batch lots, sanitary items, and plumbing fittings.
- Strong negotiation, phone handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy for stock entry, invoicing, and billing coordination.
