Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary
Rockwoods International School is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Branding team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create high-quality graphics for both digital and print media. The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials, school branding assets, event creatives, social media content, logos, and promotional campaigns that enhance the school's brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Create logos, brand identity elements, and visual assets for school initiatives and events.
- Develop social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Design admission campaign creatives, event invitations, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Produce graphics for the school website, email campaigns, presentations, and digital communications.
- Edit and enhance photographs for marketing and communication purposes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions, HR, and Management teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creatives.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all school campuses and marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, branding techniques, and creative tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing.
- Freshers with an outstanding portfolio and strong design skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience in logo creation and brand identity development.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design standards.
- Basic photo editing and image retouching skills.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the education sector or advertising agency is an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Salary will be as per industry standards and commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and portfolio.
