Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2C clients and markets, and develop strategies to approach them. Generate leads and initiate contact.
- Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication.
- To do consultative inbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective leads.
- Understand student needs & learning problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods.
- Identifying references through the existing student base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Meet and achieve the given targets
- Handle objections and price negotiations to generate Sales Revenue.
- Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts
Must have qualities
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Relevant experience in the field.
Qualifications and Experience: Graduate or above.
