Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our label printing solutions, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's customer base across industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential customers requiring self-adhesive labels, barcode labels, product stickers, and packaging labels.
- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Good presentation and selling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Knowledge of label printing, packaging, or printing industry will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
