Job Summary
Core Ocean Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to design visually appealing, professional, and impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior management, government projects, business proposals, tenders, client meetings, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation design skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex information into clear and engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for business meetings, government projects, tenders, and client proposals.
- Convert raw content, data, and reports into visually engaging presentations.
- Create infographics, charts, tables, icons, diagrams, timelines, and process flow presentations.
- Ensure all presentations follow company branding guidelines and maintain a professional look.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Sales, HR, and Management teams to understand presentation requirements.
- Edit, format, proofread, and improve existing presentations.
- Prepare executive presentations for senior management and client meetings.
- Create templates, dashboards, and presentation assets for recurring business requirements.
- Manage multiple presentation requests while meeting strict deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and project-related information.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent formatting, alignment, typography, and layout skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to create charts, graphs, SmartArt, and data visualizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Creative thinking with a professional design sense.
Preferred Skills
- Canva
- Google Slides
- Basic knowledge of AI presentation tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gamma, Beautiful.ai, etc.)
- Experience in preparing Government Tender, Proposal, or Corporate Presentations will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in BMS, BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with an excellent PowerPoint portfolio are encouraged to apply.
