Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for Customer Care/Customer Support teams.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and process training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Identify knowledge gaps and implement continuous learning initiatives.
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning content.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor agent performance and recommend training interventions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Care Trainer or Process Trainer.
- Experience in BPO/Customer Support/Contact Center environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in conducting classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze performance data and improve training outcomes.
