Application Support Analyst – Analytics, Monitoring & Integrations
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Application Support Analyst to support enterprise applications through data-driven operational insights, monitoring analysis, dashboard reporting, integrations, and issue investigation. This role will work closely with Product, DevOps, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve application health, identify trends, drive operational efficiencies, and support automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and exposure to application monitoring, reporting, and system integrations. This is not a traditional support role — the focus is on operational intelligence, trend analysis, cross-application troubleshooting, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Analyze application issues, support tickets, and operational trends across enterprise applications.

Investigate recurring problems and identify root causes using monitoring data, ticket analysis, and system insights.

Support issue triaging, prioritization, and operational reporting activities.

Collaborate with support, DevOps, product, and engineering teams for issue resolution and service improvements.

Work with application monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace or similar platforms to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance concerns.

Analyze monitoring data alongside support tickets to assess application health and operational impact.

Assist teams in improving visibility into system behavior and recurring production issues.

Develop dashboards and operational reports using Microsoft Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders.

Validate reporting data and ensure dashboard accuracy and consistency.

Write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational analysis.

Analyze application, user, and transaction data to identify trends and operational gaps.

Support data validation and cross-system analysis activities.

Support integration initiatives between enterprise applications and platforms such as Halo, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Collaborate with teams to improve workflows, ticketing processes, and operational efficiencies through integrations and automation.

Support AI-enabled operational analysis and automation initiatives to improve response times and issue management.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, or similar roles.

Strong hands-on SQL/query writing experience.

Experience with reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI.

Exposure to monitoring or observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to analyze trends and connect issues across multiple systems/applications.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Experience with application integrations, APIs, or workflow automation.

Exposure to Halo, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Dynamics 365 environments.

Experience with AI-enabled operational analysis or automation initiatives.

Understanding of APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations.

Familiarity with ITIL/support operations processes.
