Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and support daily communication for our PG / Co-living business.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with leads generated from social media, property portals, and references
- Provide accurate information about PG rooms, availability, pricing, and facilities
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the operations team
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status in CRM/Excel
- Answer customer queries through calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up for bookings, renewals, pending documents, and payments
- Coordinate with tenants regarding check-in and check-out communication
- Maintain polite and professional communication with all customers
- Support basic administrative and customer service tasks
Skills Required:
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or hospitality is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Friendly and professional personality
- Quick learner with good coordination skills
- Experience in PG, real estate, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage
Please note: Being into real estate weekends will be working (week off can be taken during week days)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
