Job Description:
Antheia Resort, a luxury boutique resort located at Pawna Lake, is seeking a talented Commi-1 Chef with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in Tandoor and Curry dishes. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and passion for traditional Indian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Tandoor and Curry dishes, ensuring taste and presentation consistency.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Train junior kitchen staff in Tandoor and Curry techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Indian cuisine, with expertise in Tandoor and Curry preparations.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.
