We are a multidisciplinary Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction company specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and turnkey design-build projects. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Architect who can independently manage projects from concept to completion while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
* Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design solutions.
* Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, 3D visualizations, and construction documents.
* Create innovative and practical space planning solutions.
* Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, codes, and standards.
* Review and approve design submissions and technical drawings.
Interior Design Coordination
* Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements.
* Prepare material specifications, finishes, furniture layouts, and design details.
* Collaborate with interior designers to maintain design consistency throughout projects.
Project Management
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously from design development to project completion.
* Prepare project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
* Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Construction & Site Management
* Visit project sites regularly to monitor construction progress and quality.
* Review shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation.
* Resolve design and technical issues during execution.
* Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Client Management
* Understand client requirements and convert them into design solutions.
* Present concepts, designs, and project updates to clients.
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance
* Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Obtain necessary approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
* Registration with the Council of Architecture preferred.
* Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction projects.
* Proven experience handling residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use developments.
* Experience managing projects independently from concept design through execution.
* Strong site execution and coordination experience.
