Partnership Manager
Role Objectives: Drive strategic academic alliances with top-tier business schools and universities worldwide to expand executive and postgraduate programs.
Roles and responsibilities

Identify, engage, and close partnerships with leading B-schools, IIMs, and global universities.

Own the outreach engine: emails, LinkedIn, calls—crafting compelling proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks.

Co-create programs and pathways: MBA/DBA, executive education, joint webinars, corporate tie-ups.

Develop and manage relationships with CXOs, Deans, and program directors to drive long-term collaborations.

Track, analyze, and optimize partnership meetings/ MOA, and revenue contribution from partnerships.

Collaborate internally with marketing, content, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.

Represent the organization at virtual and in-person academic events, conferences, and webinars.

Identify new market trends and emerging opportunities in executive education and higher education collaborations.

Support negotiation, contracting, and onboarding of partners, ensuring a smooth collaboration process.

Share insights from partnerships to influence strategy, program design, and go-to-market initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications Required:

4–10 years in EdTech, executive education, university alliances, or business development.

Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with CXO / Dean-level stakeholders.

Strong higher-education network and familiarity with global academic landscapes.

Excellent communication, persuasive storytelling, and proposal-writing skills.

Flexible to engage in evening or weekend calls to accommodate global time zones.

Self-starter mindset, highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
