Job Title: Associate Manager – HR Operations

Position Overview
We are looking for an Associate Manager – HR Operations to manage the complete HR operational activities of our organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions, including employee onboarding, exit processes, payroll management, PF/ESI administration, HRMS management, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, the role involves handling recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, exits, and payroll administration.
· Administer PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
· Oversee HRMS system management and maintain accurate employee data and documentation.
· Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes in collaboration with department heads.
· Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
· Ensure smooth communication and coordination with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
· Proactively handle all HR administrative tasks and support employee engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
· Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, particularly with PF/ESI and HRMS management.
· Proven experience in managing payroll and statutory compliances.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
