Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Location: Virar East, Maharashtra
Position Purpose
Maintain and repair automated production machinery, fluid power configurations, and parts dispensing systems to maximize mixer grinder manufacturing uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation & Core Machinery: Repair and service automatic motor-winding machines and armature lines. Maintain automated component dispensing kiosks and parts carousels on the assembly line.
- Air Systems (Pneumatics): Troubleshoot and fix assembly-line air pipes, cylinders, solenoid valves, manifolds, and air-powered screwdrivers/tools.
- Oil Systems (Hydraulics): Maintain high-pressure oil pumps, cylinders, and control valves on heavy plastic injection moulding machines. Trace oil leaks and fix machine pressure drops.
- Safety & Daily Logs: Follow strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety locking rules before repairing machines. Write down daily breakdown details and spare parts used in the maintenance register.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI Certification or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience within an appliance or electronics manufacturing plant.
- Core Skills: Must know how to read basic hydraulic oil charts, pneumatic air loop drawings, and check electrical sensor signals.
