Position: Online Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds as per company policies.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow up with customers regarding their queries and feedback.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet skills.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Salary: As per company standards.

Working Hours: As per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
