Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated AMC Fire Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of fire protection systems under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The ideal candidate will ensure all fire safety equipment operates efficiently and complies with applicable safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting, and suppression systems.
- Inspect, test, and service fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, MCPs, hooters, and emergency lighting.
- Maintain and service fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, pumps, and hose reels.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in fire detection and firefighting systems.
- Conduct routine testing and functional checks as per AMC schedules.
- Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance schedules and system issues.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Report equipment defects and recommend corrective actions or replacement where necessary.
- Support emergency breakdown calls and attend site visits as required.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Fire & Safety, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Basic understanding of fire alarm systems, hydrant systems, sprinklers, fire pumps, and extinguishers.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Valid driving license (preferred).

- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on AMC projects for commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, or residential complexes.
- Familiarity with major fire alarm system brands such as Honeywell, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, Bosch, or equivalent.
Working Conditions
- Field-based role involving travel to customer sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
