Job Description:
We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can handle both design development and on-site coordination. The role requires someone who understands not just aesthetics, but also execution, drawings, and real-world site challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D drawings (AutoCAD) including layouts, working drawings, and detailing
- Coordinate with site team for execution of interior works
- Assist in material selection, BOQs, and specifications
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Visit sites regularly and resolve design-related issues on site
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Support in client discussions and presentations when required
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (must)
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp / Photoshop
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
- Ability to handle site + office coordination together
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in residential / commercial / government projects
- Someone who is hands-on and execution-focused, not just design-oriented
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership
