TELE SALES EXECUTIVE – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Purpose
To generate sales through outbound and inbound calls, convert leads into customers, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve business revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers through phone calls to promote the company's products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or sales tracking system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to facilitate sales conversion.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, call reports, and performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and communication standards.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and training programs as required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
