About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, attendance management, and HR administration.
This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in HR operations and corporate work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Help in preparing HR letters, reports, and MIS data.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in maintaining leave and attendance records.
- Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance-related work.
- Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
Skills & Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors in HR or related field.
- Basic understanding of Human Resource functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Quick learner with positive attitude.
