Key Responsibilities
1. Member Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for all members and visitors.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Resolve member concerns and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and teams working in the space.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the coworking space.
- Ensure meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas are well maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.
- Monitor supplies, inventory, and office utilities.
3. Community Engagement
- Build an active and positive coworking community.
- Organize networking events, workshops, and member activities.
- Encourage collaboration among members.
4. Client Onboarding
- Conduct space tours for potential clients.
- Handle onboarding of new members including documentation and orientation.
- Ensure smooth seat allocation and workspace setup.
5. Sales Support
- Assist in lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in converting walk-ins and inquiries.
- Maintain CRM records of clients and prospects.
6. Administration
- Maintain member database and contracts.
- Track occupancy, renewals, and membership details.
- Prepare basic operational reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
