Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to manage student support, backend operations, and coordination with internal teams and academic partners. The role involves ensuring a seamless learning experience for students by handling queries, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:1. Student Support & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey
- Address academic and non-academic queries via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Guide students on course structure, schedules, assignments, and assessments
- Ensure timely resolution of student concerns
2. Backend Operations
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program delivery
- Manage LMS (Learning Management System) activities and data accuracy
- Assist in scheduling sessions, exams, and academic activities
3. University & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with university partners and faculty for academic delivery
- Ensure alignment between student requirements and university guidelines
- Support documentation and compliance processes
4. Engagement & Communication
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure engagement and retention
- Conduct feedback sessions and improve student experience
- Support webinars, orientation sessions, and academic events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LMS or CRM tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-centric environment
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required
- MBA in any specialization will be preferred
Preferred Background:
- Experience in EdTech / Education / University Coordination / Student Support roles
- Roles like Academic Coordinator, Student Counselor, Program Coordinator, or Backend Operations Executive
